From untamed and hazardous, to beautiful and functional, your land is powerful and deserves to be treated as such!
Forestry mulching is the best way to maintain and care for your land. You know that an unmanaged space gets crowded with all kinds of unwanted and even dangerous vegetation. Whether you're clearing a completely wooded space, or knocking down some overgrowth to manicure your yard, forestry mulching is the most effective and efficient way to do it!

What is Forestry Mulching?
Forestry mulching is the process of clearing, cutting, and grinding unwanted vegetation into natural, organic mulch and leaving it layered across the ground surface. This is an all in one process that has taken the age old practices of land clearing and streamlined them to be simpler, more eco-friendly, and cost effective.
The Process
Forestry mulching removes unwanted growth while maintaining and saving the vegetation that you want to keep. You can choose to clear everything in the section, pick out keeper trees, or simply knock down the undergrowth. No matter what your project is our process leaves behind carefully cut and mulched surfaces.
Stumps are ground down to surface level.
Thick undergrowth is "mowed" down.
Trees are cut down.
All of this is done with one machine that leaves the remnants mulched across the ground so that it is protected instead of being left bare and scarred.
When choosing which trees and vegetation you’d like to keep you have more of a variety with our process because we use a smaller machine in forestry mulching than the other larger, more damaging equipment previously used. Since all the cutting and mulching is done at surface level you do not have to worry about other roots being damaged or big stumps being left behind. The clear choice for honest and careful land clearing is forestry mulching.
At Honest Land Clearing and Excavation we specialize in forestry mulching and would love the honor to provide you with a clear choice to protect your land.
